Wigan-based, MCS certified engineers fitting solar PV, battery storage and air source heat pumps across the North West and beyond. Real surveys. Honest numbers. Finance available. No pushy salespeople, just technical expertise.
Most customers combine two or more. Our surveys look at your home as a whole and recommend what actually makes sense for your situation.
A well-designed system can cut your electricity bill by 50–80%. Most systems pay back within 5–8 years and generate free power for 25 years or more.
A battery lifts solar self-consumption from around 35% to over 75%. Use your own power in the evening and overnight instead of buying it back from the grid.
For every unit of electricity an air source heat pump uses, it delivers 2.5–5 units of heat. The Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant covers £7,500+, rising to £9,000 for oil and LPG heated homes.
The unit rate for electricity has more than doubled since 2021. That is not expected to reverse. Every year you delay is another year paying full price when you could be generating your own.
We are not tied to one manufacturer. Every system is designed around the best hardware for your home.
A well-sized solar system in England typically saves £600–£1,100 per year, with payback in 5–8 years. Pairing it with a battery lifts self-consumption from around 35% to over 75%.
The UK Government Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) offers £7,500 towards an air source heat pump installation, rising to £9,000 for homes currently heated by oil or LPG. It does not need repaying and your installer applies on your behalf.
Not necessarily. On smart time-of-use tariffs a battery can charge overnight at cheap rates and discharge at peak times, generating savings through tariff arbitrage alone.
Yes, most of our customers spread the cost with finance options, so monthly repayments are often offset by the energy savings from day one. We cover this in your free quote.
Most installations are completed in 2–3 days, including any hot water cylinder work for heat pumps.
Usually not: most domestic solar installations fall under permitted development rights. Exceptions apply for listed buildings and some conservation areas, which we check as part of your survey.
Yes. Our certified engineers cover all of England, and every job starts with a real survey of your property rather than a quote over the phone.
In most cases, yes. An AC-coupled battery works alongside almost any existing solar installation, and modern stackable systems from 5–60 kWh let you start small and expand later. We confirm inverter compatibility during your survey.
